At clé tile, we take pride in the artisanal nature of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns on most stocked tiles within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in their original packaging and full-box quantities.

Verify Eligibility

Ensure your return meets our criteria: it must be within 30 days of receipt, consist of full-box quantities, and not be a final sale, custom, or 'found' collection item.

Submit a Request

Contact our client relations team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and receive the correct return shipping address for our warehouse.

Pack Securely

Carefully repackage your tiles in their original boxes and secure them onto a pallet if necessary to prevent breakage during transit, as we cannot credit damaged goods.

Ship and Refund

Arrange for shipping via your preferred carrier; once our warehouse inspects and approves the return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method minus a 25% restocking fee.
